We had a wonderful response to our recently concluded Buyers Meets, which was attended by nearly 400 people. Buyers were informed of the current progress of the project & future development in the area, followed by a fruitful Q&A session with the developer.

We are very excited to finally complete our project and handover possessions soon. In the last few years, we faced several challenges including disruptions due to Covid19 pandemic, however we stayed on track, completed construction on time and focussed on giving our customers the very best home that they will cherish for years to come.

This will be our last newsletter to all our dear readers but this is not the end, infact this is a start of a beautiful relationship spanning decades ahead. We will all meet once again in April for our Possession Handover Get Together. We will inform everyone as soon as we obtain our Occupancy Certificate from Pune Municipal Corporation in the coming months.

Among local news: There has been tremendous development in the vicinity ever since the launch of Neco Beaumont. Recently, construction of Nyati Defence Enclave commenced on the plot behind Neco Beaumont. This appears to be a premium project exclusive only to members of the armed forces. The development of upscale projects nearby is a positive sign for all residents here.

Power Backup from Diesel Generator (DG)

to all flats

Pune is no stranger to power cuts, when we were kids it was joked that MSEB’s real full form is “Monday to Sunday Electricity Bandh”. Things have considerably improved since then, but Pune still suffers from power cuts, which causes distress to all flat owners, especially to those who are still working from home. To improve the quality of life and reduce disruption for our residents at Neco Beaumont, we have provided power backup to all flats from the common Diesel Generator.

The advantage of having a common power backup is that residents do not have to invest in a separate inverter system at their home, which becomes a costly affair due to the maintenance of the battery system. Additionally, DGs can run for longer periods of time compared to battery-based systems, which are limited by their battery capacity. Homes equipped with power backup systems often have a higher value and are more desirable to potential buyers or renters.
