Due to insufficient public infrastructure in Pune, it is mandatory for all large projects to have their own Organic Waste Converter (OWC) for recycling wet organic waste from kitchens for re-use in gardening. A project with 200 flats typically would generate 100 kg of wet kitchen waste per day, which will be recycled within the project itself.


The problems with most OWC systems that are widely installed today are that they occupy a lot of space, take several days to process waste, require manual labour for shifting of semi-processed waste, require additives like sawdust & bacteria for waste processing and generate foul odour during waste decomposition. These factors cause inconvenience to residents and many housing societies face difficulties running the OWC efficiently and eventually get penalized by the local corporations for improper waste segregation.


As a responsible real estate developer, it would be wrong on our part to provide an OWC, which the society would find difficult to operate. Hence, we are providing a fully automatic and compact OWC, which can process wet waste within 24 hours at minimal cost. The house keeping staff has to simply collect wet waste from each home and put it directly into the OWC, which will immediately convert the waste into usable manure that can be used within the society gardens and even sold to local farmers.

B Building – RCC completed, Brickwork completed, Internal gypsum completed, Waterproofing work completed, Flooring work completed, electrical work in progress, plumbing work in progress, door fixing in progress, painting in progress, lift works in progress.

Project – Main Gate civil works completed, Compound wall completed, Transformer room completed, Club House finishing in progress, Rooftop amenities finishing in progress.


Outside the Project – The 24m DP road is partly completed with 6m two-lane road tarring done. The PMC drinking water and MNGL gas pipelines have been laid.
