Vasupujya Corporation is a family-run real estate development firm that has been building homes in Pune since 1986. Over four decades we have delivered more than 1,400 homes across 20+ projects and 12,00,000 sq.ft.
Our two most recent completed projects were handed over early. Neco SkyPark in Pimple Nilakh and Neco Beaumont in Mohammadwadi were both completed and handed over well in advance before their MahaRERA completion dates. These are functioning societies where residents have lived for years. We encourage prospective buyers to visit them and speak to the residents about their experiences before deciding.
We own the land we build on. Vasupujya Corporation does not develop through joint ventures or redevelopment agreements. Land, design, construction and sales are handled in-house by our own engineering and sales teams. The firm is managed by qualified civil engineers, so when a buyer raises a technical question, the answer comes from the person responsible for the decision.
We build one project at a time. In a typical five-year period we deliver around 300 homes, a fraction of what the larger developers in Pune build in the same period. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. It means the management team focusses on one project rather than five, and it is why our buyers have never had to chase us for possession or to fix their home defects. We are always accessible to our homebuyers and quick to resolve their queries.
