Pune’s weather has been exceptionally hot this March, please stay hydrated and take care of your health. Latest update about Neco Park CentralOur construction work is progressing at a rapid pace. The excavation work is finished and foundation work for all wings - A,B,C is in progress. Work at the Lower Ground Floor Parking Level has also begun. We are striving to finish this level and reach the Ground Level in the coming months. Local News around KharadiThe state government is expected to open construction bids for India’s longest elevated corridor from Pune to Shirur in April and commence construction work after a few months. This road will help decongest Pune-Ahmednagar Road and reduce the traffic around Kharadi and Wagholi. The state government has submitted the proposal to the central government for approval of a new Metro Line from Khadakwasla to Kharadi via Hadapsar. This new metro line will provide Kharadi residents direct connectivity to Swargate, Camp and Sinhagad Road and help decongest the two Mundhwa Bypass Roads. In one of the largest commercial office space rental deals in the Pune real estate market, CitiCorp Services has leased over 7.7 lakh sq. ft. of office space at Panchshil Business Hub at Kharadi. Such deals will draw talent towards Kharadi strengthening the demand for good quality residential spaces here. |

GGBS-Concrete |
