Welcome Note

We welcome all homebuyers at Neco Park Central to the sixth edition of our quarterly newsletter, which we shall be publishing at a regular interval of 3 months. Through this newsletter, we will be providing construction updates at our project - Neco Park Central, interesting trivia about design/engineering aspects that we use and also updates of development work in and around Kharadi.

After a prolonged summer season, the city has been receiving a good share of monsoons in recent days. We hope that this will replenish the dams and provide sufficient water for the year ahead.

Latest update about Neco Park Central

We have finished RCC work of the first seven habitable floors in ‘C’ wing and first habitable floor ‘B’ wing. There has been a delay in the completion of our mock-up flat due to unavailability of certain finishing materials due to the on-going global conflict. We are endeavouring to procure and complete this work in the weeks ahead. We may upgrade some specifications here, as compared to our show flat in the sales office, to keep up with the latest materials in the market. We are accepting Extra Changes requests from homebuyers, who wish to customize their homes.

Local News around Kharadi

The long pending Kharadi-Keshavnagar Bridge is almost completed and expected to open in the coming weeks. It is expected to decongest the existing Kharadi-Mundhwa Bridge Traffic. A new Metro spur line connecting Pune International Airport with the existing Metro Line 2 has been finalised from Kalyani Nagar, reducing travel hassles for flyers.

The much-awaited Pune Metro Line 4 (Kharadi–Khadakwasla) has gained significant momentum as Maha Metro has invited tenders for the construction of 8 elevated stations. This project is expected to significantly ease traffic congestion between Kharadi and Sinhagad Road.

Organic Waste Composter
