Welcome Note

We welcome all homebuyers at Neco Park Central to the third edition of our quarterly newsletter, which we shall be publishing at a regular interval of 3 months. Through this newsletter, we will be providing construction updates at our project - Neco Park Central, interesting trivia about design/engineering aspects that we use and also updates of development work in and around Kharadi.

After a bountiful season of rainfall, Pune is experiencing a cooler October than usual. We wish all our patrons a very Happy Diwali and hope that everyone stays safe!

Latest update about Neco Park Central

As usual our construction work is progressing at a rapid pace. As the difficult substructure work is completed, we are able to hasten the superstructure works. We have finished the construction of the lower ground floor and ground floor parking levels. We are targeting to complete the upper ground floor parking levels by the end of the month. Very soon, we shall start construction of the residential floors.

Local News around Kharadi

The government has awarded the tender for the elevated highway to Shirur on Nagar road, to Welspun enterprises. This development will greatly decongest the traffic on Nagar road. The Pune municipal Corporation has also planned the development of a dog park on the open playground in front of Neco Park Central.

Solar Water Heating

Solar water heating is a common provided amenity in residential projects in Pune. At Neco Park Central, we are providing one solar hot water outlet in the master bathroom of each apartment. This will help residents save on their electricity costs. It is estimated that a typical flat owner can save up to 30% of their regular electricity bills by using solar heated water instead of geyser water.

Solar hot water systems heat up the water when the sun is shining and store it in insulated tanks at night so that residents can enjoy hot water early in the morning. For maximum efficiency it is recommended that residents use this hot water until 10:00 a.m. Using this water during the entire day may reduce the effectiveness of the solar hot water system.

As per our experience in previous projects, We have observed that solar hot water is one of the most extensively used amenities in the project. However residents must utilise the water in a rational manner to ensure that minimal water is wasted.

Each household saves up to 1 tonne of CO₂ emissions every year — the same environmental benefit as planting 15 trees annually. Amenities like solar hot water systems have contributed to us being awarded the platinum pre certification by IGBC.
