Unlike many parts of the Maharashtra, Pune has fortunately escaped the drought this year. Let us pray for the well-being of our fellow farmers and conserve water as the government is expected to ration it for the drier months ahead.
Latest update about Neco Park Central
We have finished RCC work of the first eleven habitable floors in ‘C’ wing and first three habitable floors in ‘A’ and ‘B’ wing. Brickwork and Plasterwork is also progressing ahead in ‘C’ wing and shall soon start in ‘A’ and ‘B’ wing. We are happy to announce that the mock-up flat is almost ready. Our sales team will send out invites for viewing shortly, in small batches only. This is done keeping your safety in mind, as this is still an on-going construction site with heavy vehicle movement and open duct areas. The Good News is that we have upgraded many specifications, as compared to our show flat in the sales office, despite a significant hike in raw material prices because we believe in customer delight. We are still accepting Extra Changes requests from homebuyers, who wish to customize their homes. However, this window will close in the coming months after which we shall not accept any Extra Changes.
Local News around Kharadi
The long pending Kharadi-Keshavnagar Bridge has finally opened, which has reduced the load on the existing Kharadi-Mundhwa Bridge. The construction work for the new Elevated Pune-Shirur Highway and Pune Metro Line 2 has also commenced on the Nagar Road near the Phoenix Mall. This has led to increased traffic congestion on this route, but this infrastructure project will significantly improve the commute here when ready.
The government is also expediting the development of the HCMTR, which will create an elevated road connecting Tadi Gutta Chowk at Mundhwa to Phoenix Mall at Viman Nagar via Brahma Suncity at Vadgaon Sheri. If this project is finally executed, it will create a parallel link road that will decongest the Old Mundhwa Road on which our project is located.

IGBC Platinum Rating & Green Buildings
|
We have always proudly shared that Neco Park Central is an IGBC platinum pre-certified project, but what does really mean for our customers? IGBC stands for the Indian Green Building Council and they evaluate projects for water conservation, energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, better site design and residents' health. In Pune, less than 1% residential projects have earned an IGBC Platinum rating. Which means that by choosing Neco Park Central, you haven't just bought a home. You've joined a select few in Pune living in a building recognised for global leadership in green design. Here is what this means for you:
Cooler Bedrooms
All external bedroom windows are fitted with not ordinary clear glass, but a superior solar control glass. Its special coating blocks part of the sun's heat while still letting in natural daylight. It also cuts harmful UV rays and reduces glare, keeping your bedrooms cooler on summer afternoons.
Lower Electricity Bills
Our rooftop solar PV system powers common area loads such as lighting, lifts and water pumps, reducing the society's electricity bill and your monthly maintenance. Each flat also gets solar water heating for one bathroom, cutting your own water heating and electricity bills. Energy-efficient lifts and water pumps further lower running costs over the building's lifetime.
Better Water Conservation
Low-flow taps and showers use reduce wastage during washing and bathing, ensuring lower water bills for the society.
Recharging the Groundwater Table
Our enhanced rainwater harvesting pits capture rainwater from rooftops and open areas, ensuring that the groundwater beneath our site is sufficiently recharged every monsoon. A green building isn't just about planting more trees - it is designed to consume fewer resources every single day of its life. At Neco Park Central, we see them as a saving you will notice every month, in your maintenance bill and in the comfort of your home.
